Who is allowed to drive my vehicle?
Licence, age and insurance are verified before any booking is confirmed. Drivers must be 20 or over.
Is a deposit held on every rental?
Yes. A refundable deposit is held on each rental and released once the vehicle is back in its original condition.
What happens to the car between rentals?
It is detailed and inspected before it goes out, and looked over with the guest when it comes back, so anything worth noting is settled at the counter rather than weeks later.
Who handles my vehicle day to day?
The same team that runs our own fleet. Listings, photography, enquiries, contracts, deposits and handovers all run through us, from 4516 14 St NE in northeast Calgary.
What can I see about how it is performing?
