What do I need to rent a vehicle?
You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and present a major credit card for the security deposit. International renters will also need a valid passport.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected at the start of your rental. The amount varies by vehicle and will be released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
Is insurance required?
Yes. Proof of full coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles is required. If you don’t have appropriate coverage, we can help arrange a rental insurance policy.
What is included in the rental rate?
Your rate includes standard kilometers and access to the vehicle. Additional services or kilometers can be arranged upon request.
Are there kilometer restrictions?
Most rentals include a daily kilometer allowance. Additional kilometers available for an added fee. Specific details are provided at booking.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
You are responsible for any damage incurred during your rental period. Your insurance or security deposit may be used to cover repair costs.
